I put on weight after a period of illness and I was feeling bored of the gym. Since I have been training with Jamie he has helped me find my motivation with his varied training sessions, his enthusiasm and positive disposition.
My confidence has increased and, with Jamie's advice and support, I'm always trying new things in the gym now. Jamie has really helped me get back into a routine again - even to the extent that I lost two pounds the week I went to T in the Park! I have now lost a stone and a half, toned up considerably and I'm still losing weight, but the best part is I enjoy going to the gym again.
